Salary negotiable on experience based on 40 hour standard week.

We are looking for a fully qualified Commercial Gas Service Engineer. The ideal candidates to join our mobile team, will be experienced in both planned & reactive maintenance of commercial gas, and HVAC systems. Typical PPM works will be across various HVAC plant including commercial boilers, unit heaters, radiant tubes, AHU’s, and Heating & Ventilation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to carry out diagnostic fault finding to boilers, water heaters, warm air, etc.

• Maintenance & PPM certification paperwork to be completed on PDA.

• Efficiently maintain and repair gas plant equipment, plumbing, heating systems and components.

Requirements:

• Gas Safety knowledge

• COCN1, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CPA1,TPCP1A

• A good general experience in working in care homes or public sector environment preferable.

• A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to communicate at all levels.

• Generally IT literate.

• Clear communicator both oral and written.

• A customer focused approach

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, paid holidays (+8 public holidays)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Holidays

• Monday to Friday

• Overtime

• Weekend availability
